What are preteen L.I.T.s saying about the Mission Trip?

“I think it was amazing!!! It really changed my life and showed me the need to share the Gospel with other kids. It pushed me out of my comfort zone and encouraged me to share my faith, which I have never done before. I think it was really cool to see kids who had never heard of Jesus come to Christ. I grew more in my faith that week than I normally do in six months!!!”DSC 2357

“It was good because a lot of the kids were impacted on the trip. Also, I learned how to teach the Gospel.”

“I liked it. It was really fun. I would like to do it again with other big churches. I like going on Wednesday nights to my L.I.T. training. I learned a lot. I really want to go on the Mission Trip next year.”

“I think it was really fun, and it helped me learn more and get closer to God. It was my first time going, and I loved it! I brought a kid to Christ, and I had a good time doing it. And I built a friendship with her, too!”

“It was really cool to see the kids get so involved in everything, and you could clearly see the Holy Spirit working in the kids. God worked through us to share the Gospel.”

“At the L.I.T. Mission Trip, you don't just teach the Gospel to kids who have never heard it before with the help of God, but you also grow tremendously in your relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior!”

“It was amazing! A lot of kids were led to Christ.”

“As for sharing the Gospel, I know that kids can do this, and I need no convincing of this. However, seeing kids stepping up and serving in other ways, like preparing lessons and activities and cooking and cleaning, really opened my eyes to how capable they are at other tasks, as well!”

“One thing I am certain about is that you love seeing kids come to Christ, and this trip is kids leading kids to Christ by the Holy Spirit. Two years ago I had my doubts that kids could do this effectively, but after watching them do it for two years, I discovered I was wrong.”
