At the heart of L.I.T. is the belief that discipleship happens best through relationships. Families, church leaders, and mentors work together to guide preteens in learning how to pray, study God’s Word, serve others using their spiritual gifts, share their faith, and live under the Lordship of Christ. The goal is to develop spiritual disciplines that result in a life-sustaining faith. Through intentional mentoring and encouragement, preteens are learning that they are the church now.
