23 Years!!! When I watched three preteens lead three other children to Christ 23 years ago, it changed the trajectory of my life. In that moment, the Lord asked me a question: “Is the abundant life for kids, too—or only for students and adults?” The answer was unmistakable: “Yes. Absolutely YES!”
From the moment of salvation, a child’s identity is sealed (Ephesians 1:13). They become children of God—they receive THE Holy Spirit (not a baby Holy Spirit), are gifted for ministry, are empowered to witness, and are emboldened through prayer. They are the church today.
This conviction burns at the center of L.I.T. Ministries. For 23 years, we have poured our lives into reaching children with the Gospel, discipling them in Christ, and equipping them to serve with power and purpose. Leaders around the world have been trained through this vision—leaders who are now carrying it further than we ever imagined.
And the dream we prayed for…that the movement would grow organically, beyond us, beyond our reach…God made it a reality. Across Africa, India, South America, and beyond, leaders are picking up the mantle. Children are stepping into ministry. The Gospel is advancing through the hands and voices of the youngest believers.
Just this past February, two young ladies from Vine and Branches Ministries in Piedras Negras, Mexico, traveled to Honduras. They helped train five churches to reach and disciple children—the churches just completed an 18-week discipleship journey with their kids. The ministry has already expanded to six churches, and it is still growing.
But here is the truth: We cannot continue this work alone.
Your partnership—your prayers, your generosity, your belief in what God is doing through children—makes this ministry possible. Every gift, every prayer, every act of support helps us equip more leaders, reach more nations, and see more children step boldly into their God-given calling.
