This is Icimpa. She is one of the chosen trainers because of her extraordinary courage and deep love for children. She sees firsthand the powerful impact of L.I.T. in neighboring churches and the transformation it is bringing to children’s ministry. That vision has ignited in her a burning passion to become an excellent trainer, helping others reach the highest standards in equipping children for Christ. I Love Watching the Kids Grow by Samantha Noyes 

“My favorite part of my church is watching the kids grow in their relationship with the Lord. Most of them started about eight or nine years old, and now they are becoming teenagers. Seeing them blossom is incredible.”

 Update on Zambia Leadership Training

We had planned on going to Zambia in September, but the Lord redirected our steps as each member of our leadership team had to step back from the trip. We trust His providence and look forward with great anticipation to going, Lord willing, next April.

✨ The Big Difference: Activation vs. Information

While education is valuable, a Kingdom Impact model goes further by activating kids in their calling. It's not about waiting until they’re older—it's about equipping them now to live as the Church today. Discipleship is not about what kids know; it’s about who they’re becoming in Christ and how they live that out.

Praise God for MORE L.I.T. Mission Trips!

This past year, L.I.T. led two powerful and amazing mission trips in Oklahoma. We are diligently working with churches to plan trips for next summer. We have confirmed trips scheduled in Norman, OK; Tulsa, OK; Hudsonville, MI; Stittville, NY; and Fuquay Varina, NC. We are also working on two mission trips in Texas. This means that last year, two cities got to hear children preach the Gospel, and about 40 new believers started a personal relationship with Jesus through these trips in 2025! Next year, with 5-7 cities hearing the Gospel, how many more will believe and be saved?!!! 

Ministry Update: God Is Expanding the Vision! by Clint May

I’m still here! Though much of my time lately has been behind the scenes at L.I.T., God is at work in powerful ways. One of the greatest blessings this year has been welcoming Russ Zacek to our staff full-time in April. His gifts, passion, and leadership have already been a huge encouragement to the ministry. Please continue praying for Russ, that the Lord will give him clear vision as he leads our work here in the U.S.

At the same time, the Lord continues to expand our reach worldwide. This year has been a season of reflection and realignment, seeking the Lord’s direction for the future. Out of that process, we now have a five-year plan in place to multiply our impact globally. You’ll be hearing more details about this exciting vision in the days ahead through mail and email updates.

God is doing great things through L.I.T., and we are honored to walk this journey together with you. Thank you for your prayers, support, and partnership in reaching and discipling children around the world!

400,000 Christian Churches in the United States by Russ Zacek

There are 330,000–400,000 Christian churches in the United States. I am asking God that at least 300 would choose to adopt L.I.T. to disciple their preteens. I must press on to get the word out so that every church in the U.S. can hear about L.I.T. We are radical. We are different. We are a revolution for the church. Partner with us and help us accomplish this—Jesus' Great Commission mission.

Praises and Prayer Needs

·         PRAISE – God provided the finances to purchase a new L.I.T. computer!

·         PRAISE – God provided the needed finances for the Burundi, Africa Training Trip!

·         PRAISE – 3 New Churches have started implementing L.I.T. to train their Preteens!

·         PRAISE – 3 New Mission Trips are scheduled for Next Year!

·         NEED – More churches considering L.I.T. to say “Yes!” and start discipling!

·         NEED – 2-3 other mission trip opportunities to say “YES!” so those cities and children can hear the Gospel.

·         NEED – $15,000 for the L.I.T. general fund to close out the year. Please pray about and consider giving a special Fall Donation.

·         NEED – To raise the Travel budget for 2026. As we add more church visits and mission trips, we need an additional $10,360 to go where God is sending me (Russ).
