What a Joy and a Blessing to Serve Our Risen King!
We have had an incredible year. The Lord has blessed us far beyond measure through our training, mission trips, and seeing the lives of children and families changed. This has been an amazing journey for me. The Lord has blessed me so much greater than I could have ever imagined from the time He first called me to children’s ministry in 1989 to today.
It has been a tremendous journey. I am grateful for so many people...especially my wife Vicki, who has walked with me through the whole process. For Amy McMullin, who has been working with me from the birth of L.I.T. until now. She is the one who makes all of our resources look good. She has spent thousands of hours editing and formatting books, handbooks, and training materials. I am also grateful for those on our Board of Directors who have stood beside me through these remarkable times.
As we approach the end of the year and the holidays, I am forever grateful to my Lord Jesus Christ who, for some reason, chose me and honored me with the gift of serving alongside amazing leaders for more than 33 years. Likewise, it has been a tremendous joy to serve alongside numerous astounding children and students throughout the years. They have taught me that they are the church today. They are the reason that I stay in the race...to call them to join us so that every nation and tribe and tongue might know their rightful King.

Personal Update—We Are Blessed!
Many of you may not know this, but Vicki and I have six children and eighteen grandchildren. (Two are missing from the picture.) It is our prayer that they would grow to love the Lord and serve Him. Our youngest grandson is Jonathan, who is six months old. It is such a joy to watch him grow.
My wife Vicki is doing great. She iscancer-free. Praise the Lord! The past two years have had their challenges, but we are forever grateful for the Lord's grace at this time and for your many prayers.
Praises
We have seen more than 35,000 professions of faith from our ministries in India and Africa. We celebrate with the angels.
The Lord continues to provide for L.I.T. through faithful ministry partners.
Many children and students have blessed our lives and taught us so much through the years, and we are grateful for each one of them.
Prayer Requests
Pray for Clint, who is working on a six-hour training course on missions. We are partnering with the Family Pastors Institute, and Clint has been asked to lead their course on missions and mobilizing children to share the Good News of Christ. There have been a lot of technical challenges to complete the work, and it has consumed the majority of Clint’s time.
Pray for the Lord's provision, that we can close out our budget year well. We have had a budget shortfall this year.
Pray for our continued work in Africa and India and for open doors.
Pray for our plans for our 2024 summer mission trips.
