22,000 Missionaries in Africa
As we move rapidly into 2025, we are becoming laser-focused on Discipleship. My prayer for the 22,000 children we have reached in Africa is to teach them how to walk with the Master, equip them for ministry in their churches, and prepare and release them as missionaries.

I want to see a breakthrough with leaders in the U.S. and worldwide, that their eyes will be opened to God’s more excellent plan for kids today. God intends for them to be His Church today, so we want to passionately be about the Father’s business.
This past week, I spoke with a leader I greatly respect who shared that the underground church in China is losing a whole generation there. Like so many others, they have built churches with no place for children. I also met with a leader from Zimbabwe this past year. He said they are losing their kids by age 13. The same is true here in the U.S.
Western church culture has infiltrated the church worldwide. Our Christian education model is killing the faith of children internationally. They have been sequestered and set aside in many cases. They are discipled through an education model, which turns them into inactive church attendees with no purpose or plan of action for their lives. Why would they want to stick around?
My heart and prayer is to break through the norm and create a new norm and paradigm where children and students are seen as the Church today.
We plan to redevelop our training model in the next two months to help leaders think strategically. They will be given a plan of action up front so that their ministry to children and students can be transformed.
1. Reach every child and student with the Good News of Christ.
2. Train every child and student to share the Gospel and lead someone to Christ; then, commission them to go and reach their village, town, or city.
3. Teach them how to walk with the Master daily through living a life of surrender and implementing the spiritual disciplines of prayer, Bible study, and ministry.
4. Develop training and ministry opportunities for every child and student in their church and get them involved immediately.
5. Develop a leadership model where the older, more spiritually mature children mentor and disciple the younger children.
These ideas may seem impossible, but we have been doing this for 22 years. I realize it’s time to move forward and do the same worldwide.

Pray for Russ as he meets with possible supporters to raise his monthly salary. He has taken an enormous step of faith, trusting that he is following the Lord’s leadership. 2. Pray for the leadership of the Holy Spirit as we redevelop our training materials.
3. Pray for our 2025 mission trips as we begin Registration this month. Pray that our numbers would continue to grow this week.
